MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mark has a background in music, arts and entertainment marketing, business-to-business marketing-communications and higher education. He has worked closely with both start-ups and established businesses helping to refine and execute a wide range both traditional and new media marketing communications.

He holds Master of Marketing from The University of New South Wales. He has lectured in entertainment marketing at The Australian Institute of Music (AIM), APM Training Institute and JMC Academy in both Sydney and Brisbane and Marketing and Event Management at Christian Heritage College, Brisbane.

RESEARCH DIRECTOR

Tracey spent several years with Singtel Optus where she managed market research projects, both ad hoc and ongoing (from problem definition to final report), including a range of customer satisfaction studies across all Optus consumer products.

Tracey is experienced in designing and deploying market research studies and is skilled in interpreting and communicating research findings to clients and maintains close relationships with many Australian market research suppliers.

Tracey works to ensure that the musings we all have about "what the market thinks" are as close to reality as is possible.
